Your donation funds free guidance for the audiences most distant from social rights: cleaning staff, artists, students, individual employers in difficulty.

What does your donation fund?

  • Updating our URSSAF and CESU URSSAF guides
  • Producing new educational articles
  • Free individual support (e-mail, mail, appointment)
  • Organizing thematic workshops
  • Operating costs (web hosting, supplies)

As required by law, LORD does not return any benefits to its members and publishes its annual activity report.

Tax benefit

A donation deductible from your French income tax

As a "general interest" association under article 200 of the French General Tax Code, LORD is authorized to issue tax receipts for donations.

Individuals

Tax reduction of 66% of the donation, capped at 20% of taxable income. A €100 donation actually costs you €34.

Companies

Tax reduction of 60%, capped at 5‰ of pre-tax revenue (or €20,000).

Tax receipt

You automatically receive a personal tax receipt (CERFA n° 11580) to attach to your tax return.
